Cancellations affect us significantly because of our small size and short traveler’s season. Cancellations may leave us little chance of filling your reservation dates. We hold your space in good faith and will even turn away larger parities because of your reservation. Therefore, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance can be found at www.Travelex-Insurance.com, www.travelguard.com, www.travelinsured.com and www.accessamerica.com.
Written notice must be received in our office for a cancellation to be valid. Any reduction in cabins or persons is considered a cancellation. If cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to the arrival date, the fee is 25% of the total reservation cost. From 90 days to 60 days, the fee is 50% of the total reservation cost. 59 days or less, the fee is 100% of the total reservation cost. Should you need to cancel, you can request a voucher for the following year or send another party in your place.
To ensure our guests' comfort and safety, trip itineraries may be altered to fit the weather.
