Completely surrounded by Kachemak Bay State Park, and only accessible by boat, Hideaway Cove is a perfect place to experience Alaskan adventure and reinvigorate your love for nature. Our spectacular, ocean-front location within the State Park is ideal for our guided kayaking, hiking, and glacier trips, all of which depart directly from the lodge. The Lodge is a short 40-minute boat ride from the seaside town of Homer, Alaska, making it a logical "add on" to any visit to Homer. And whether you join us for a day, a week, or somewhere in between, you can have this assurance: The quality of your wilderness experience is our unwavering focus.

We have purposefully left the Lodge quaint, serving a maximum of just 12 guests. We believe that smaller groups lead to bigger experiences....So whether you are searching for Alaskan wildlife, heart-pumping adventure, or simple peace and solitude, Hideaway Cove Wilderness Lodge has something for everyone!!!
